You may enter at any room. There is no required pathway—only what fits your needs.



Room 1 is designed for individuals or families who need help understanding a situation, clarifying options, and identifying possible next steps within health, aging, and community care systems.
This session provides space to pause, ask questions, and regain orientation—without pressure, urgency, or obligation.
Guidance is advisory and educational in nature, supporting informed decision-making rather than directing care.
Investment: $150
Session length: 120 minutes

Room 2 offers continued advisory support for individuals or families navigating multiple providers, care transitions, or sustained uncertainty over time.
This room is appropriate when situations benefit from follow-up, guided reflection, and ongoing system navigation support, beyond a single session. Services remain advisory and educational in nature, helping clients prepare for conversations, understand options, and maintain clarity as circumstances evolve.

Room 3 supports organizations, professionals, and initiatives seeking strategic, non-clinical guidance on care systems, aging, and ethical decision-making through the Concord Framework.
The Concord Framework is a structured, three-stage advisory model designed to help individuals, families, and organizations navigate complex care-related decisions with clarity, confidence, and professional boundaries.
Services are educational and consultative in nature and do not involve the delivery of regulated health or clinical services.
